The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and its partners are meeting this weekend via video-conference. OPEC+ is expected to deliver another substantial production hike. Members have begun discussing another 411,000 barrel-a-day production increase for August ahead of the meeting, according to delegates who asked not to be identified. Bloomberg’s Stephen Stapczynski reports.
