A top former WWE Superstar has made an appearance tonight on AEW Collision right before this year’s edition of Dynasty. They competed tonight and won in a completely dominant fashion.

Last week, during the Saturday show, the Hurt Syndicate made an appearance as a complete unit and announced that they were now cleared to make their return to the promotion. The group also hinted at being open to recruiting a fourth member.

Just moments ago on AEW Collision, Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin were in tag team action against local talents Andy Anderson and Mo Jabari. This was the All-Mighty’s first match in AEW since November, when he competed in the Casino Gauntlet match to crown the inaugural National Champion.

This can be described as a squash match as the duo completely overwhelmed their opponents. There were moments where they gave Anderson and Jabari a chance to take the fight to them, but despite their efforts, this did not faze the former WWE Superstars even one bit.

Once they were done having their fun, Lashley and Benjamin got going. They connected with a Running Knee Strike and a spear, all in one swoop on Jabari, and Shelton put Anderson away with his brutal Thrust Kick.

Despite it being more than five months since competing as a tag team, they have not lost a step and continue to be one of the most dominant forces in the company. Now that they are back, it remains to be seen what their next course of action will be. They could look to pick up where they left off and go for AEW championship gold, or search for their fourth member.

The landscape of the division has completely changed following their return, and all divisions within the company have just been put on notice after tonight.
