A massive fire engulfed a Medline warehouse in Tracy, California on Thursday, sending thick black smoke into the air and prompting a large emergency response.
Nearby buildings, including a FedEx facility, were evacuated as firefighters worked to prevent the blaze from spreading. No injuries were reported.
The fire affected traffic on Interstate 580 and led to the closure of Promontory Parkway as crews worked to contain the fire. Tracy is just over 60 miles east of San Francisco.
