If you want bang for your buck, a mini PC is the answer these days. Not only do they pack a lot more punch than any laptop at the same price, they take up significantly less desk space and can even be mounted behind monitors, freeing you from clutter. They’re perfect for everyday tasks, some creative work, and even some light gaming.

This configuration of the Acemagic K1 mini PC just hit a brand-new lowest price if you clip the digital coupon—down from its $540 MSRP, you can now grab it for just $395 with the various on-page discounts. That’s a 27 percent savings, which is excellent right now with the AI-driven hardware shortage driving up costs left and right.

What the Acemagic K1 mini PC offers

Inside, it’s powered by an AMD Ryzen 5 7530U with 6 cores and 12 threads, based on the Zen 3 architecture and achieving clock speeds of up to 4.5GHz. This CPU offers sufficient performance for office apps, browsers, video calls, programming tasks, as well as some image editing and other creative hobby applications. Power consumption is low (a TDP of 15 watts) and it stays cool with a silent fan and double-sided vents.

The CPU is supported by 16GB of LPDDR4X RAM operating in dual-channel mode, which is also more than sufficient for everyday multitasking. The 512GB M.2 SSD could be bigger—we prefer at least 1TB when possible, but that’d seriously spike the price right now. Acemagic says it works with both SATA and NVMe drives, and the total storage can be expanded up to 4TB (great if you have extra drives lying around). Also, the SSD comes with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. Nice.

It’s quite compact, measuring just 5 x 5 x 1.6 inches. If you have a VESA-compatible monitor, you can even mount it on back with the included plate, tucking it away out of sight and freeing up desk space. As for connections, it has triple 4K display support via HDMI, DisplayPort, and USB-C video. You’re also getting six fast USB-A data ports, Ethernet, and a 3.5mm audio jack, plus Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2

Why this deal is worth it

Laptop and desktop PC prices have skyrocketed over the last year, and it doesn’t look like they’re coming down until 2028 at the earliest. If you want a new PC, it’s going to cost you… but this one won’t hurt as much, especially now that it’s at a new low price. A Ryzen 5, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, and Windows 11 Pro for $395 is attractive for users looking for a compact home office PC in late 2026.

On Amazon, it holds a 4.4 rating across 100+ reviews, with users praising it for its everyday performance, compact design, silent operation, and excellent value. Its only real downside is its integrated Radeon Vega graphics, which aren’t powerful enough to play modern games at high settings or run demanding 3D applications.
