Tesla (TSLA), Microsoft (MSFT), and Meta Platforms (META) reported earnings after Wednesday’s closing bell, as investors weigh which Big Tech giant is best positioned for artificial intelligence (AI) gains.
Procyon senior private wealth advisor Jerry Sneed sits down with Brad Smith to outline his thoughts on Tesla, Microsoft, and Meta’s AI prospects.
“DeepSeek, right or wrong, being the catalyst that caused that kind of made everything reset, took a lot of air out of the market. And coming into earnings last night, it was nice to see everything kind of trade-off once the print happened with Tesla and Meta and Microsoft,” Sneed says.
Sneed shares what he’s telling clients who want to play the AI trade about the three companies. For those who “like the high fliers” and “want the story,” there’s Tesla.
For those who “want the kind of a story” but prioritize some fundamentals since “they’ve been doing AI for a long time, you have Meta.”
“Then, lastly, the adult in the room, Satya [Nadella CEO] at Microsoft, you want to kind of approach this slow steady over time. That’s the guy… I think, you have to follow.”
