At least one person was killed, nine others were injured after a shooting near the campus of Tennessee State University, Nashville Police said.
Some of the victims may have been involved in the shooting, according to police.
The shooting happened near the university’s homecoming event, on Jefferson Street and 27th Avenue.
Police are expected to provide further updates at a later time.
