Microsoft (MSFT) announced a revamp of its artificial intelligence (AI) features for enterprise customers. Microsoft’s chief marketing officer Jared Spataro joins Yahoo Finance Tech Editor Dan Howley to outline how the company’s business AI features are evolving and what this means for enterprise users.
“We’re announcing a new product; it’s called Copilot Chat,” Spataro says. He outlines the three key features of the offering:
“Number one is free secure AI chat, and it’s really important to recognize that this first component is free [and] it’s secure.”
“Second is agents … and the big news here is not only an agent framework but a way to just pay for what you use. It’s accessible to any user on what we call a metered basis,” he adds.
“Finally, IT controls for security, privacy, [and] compliance, the types of things that are very important as people are rolling out these at scale, these types of solutions.”
