Investing.com – Mexico stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.

(BMV:) declined 0.24% or 0.15 points to end at 62.06 and Corporacion Inmobiliaria Vesta SAB (BMV:) was down 0.10% or 0.06 points to 59.82.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Mexico Stock Exchange by 158 to 57 and 15 ended unchanged.
Gold Futures for June delivery was up 3.11% or 141.75 to $4,699.25 a troy ounce. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in May fell 1.28% or 1.32 to hit $101.56 a barrel, while the June Brent oil contract rose 0.44% or 0.45 to trade at $103.72 a barrel.
USD/MXN was up 0.04% to 17.93, while EUR/MXN rose 0.06% to 20.72.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.66% at 99.70.
