The report noted that he had contracted a lung infection and Cryptococcosis neoformans: a fungal species. Moreover, the report listed that Guerrero’s secondary cause was Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome, which according to Mayo Clinic, is a chronic condition and could lead to a weakened immune system.
