New intelligence indicates Mojtaba Khamenei, the new Iranian Supreme Leader appears to have fled the country amid the US strikes with Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) officials actually composing the statements attributed to him that have been read on Iranian state television.
The information comes from a report in Saudi media news outlet Al-Hadath citing an Israeli security source.
There have been questions about Mojtaba’s whereabouts as he has not been seen since the US and Israel strikes that killed his father Ali Khamenei in February, launching Operation Epic Fury.
