The buildout has sparked debate in communities across the country as residents raise concerns and local governments weigh how to regulate the technology. CNBC went to Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and Boise, Idaho to talk to land owners fielding repeated offers to sell and developers hoping to cash in on the AI boom.
