Cryptocurrency is at the forefront of investors minds as they brace for a second term from President-elect Donald Trump. Professional Capital Management Founder and CEO Anthony Pompliano talked about where bitcoin could go next after enjoying a nice run after the election results. “It’s obviously the first time we’ve had a pro-bitcoin president take into the White House and so the market believes him,” says Pompliano. Pompliano also talked about the importance of a national bitcoin (BTC-USD) reserve. “I think that the bitcoin strategic reserve is a very important thing for America,” said Pompliano. “But it also will signal that these were promises made and promises kept and I think that that is something that President Trump should do very quickly.” Pompliano also shares his thoughts on the potential of a new Securities and Exchange Commission Chair to replace Gary Gensler. as well as other cryptocurrencies such as ethereum (ETH-USD).
