Joe Benton says he resigned from Anthropic a couple weeks ago due to his safety concerns regarding the pace of development of artificial intelligence (AI).
He spoke with LiveNOW from FOX’s Josh Breslow about he dangers the technology can pose and why he and Jacob Coxon have sounded the alarms.
This comes as Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei announced Saturday a three-part plan to slow down development of artificial intelligence with his concerns echoed by Tesla & SpaceX CEO Elon Musk and OpenAI CEO Sam Altman.
