The White House confirmed a second strike against an alleged drug boat in the Caribbean.
Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said the U.S. was within its legal right to order the second strike during the press briefing on Monday.
Leavitt said that the strikes are occurring because the president “has designated these narco-terrorists as foreign terrorist organizations.”
