As part of Synthetix’s transition to the new 420 staking pool, legacy SNX staking positions have now been liquidated as laid out in SCCP-403, but most positions can be recovered. If you’re a legacy staker who has not yet migrated to the 420 Pool, please follow the steps below as soon as possible.

This migration helps the Synthetix system evolve to support our future products including the upcoming Perps v4, automated vaults, and more.

What This Means

If your C-Ratio was below 160% at the time of position closure, your staking position has been liquidated and cannot be recovered.If your C-Ratio was 160% or above, your position is eligible for recovery—but you must act soon. The recovery window lasts for six months from the time of closure.

How to Recover Your Position

To recover your eligible SNX staking position:

Join the Synthetix DiscordNavigate to the #create-a-ticket channelOpen a new ticket and provide your public wallet addressYour position will be migrated to 420.synthetix.io within the next couple weeks

Support is only provided in the Synthetix Discord ticketing system. Support will never be provided through a direct message, or on an external server. If you have trouble accessing this Discord, please only communicate by tagging our public X account or sending a message in our Telegram.

Please note: Your position will retain the same debt it had at the time of closure. You may repay this debt at any time to unlock your SNX.

What Comes Next?

The 420 pool allows stakers to have their debt forgiven over a period of 12 months while staking SNX in the 420 pool. Additional requirements to stake a portion of your sUSD debt, as well as additional rewards for sUSD stakers, will roll out in the coming weeks.
