Teddi Mellencamp’s husband is heading into some “dark days.”
On Saturday, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum shocked fans by announcing that after 13 years of marriage, she has filed to divorce her husband Edwin Arroyave. She wrote in a lengthy post:
“After a great deal of care and consideration, I have made the difficult decision to file for divorce. My priority is my children and ensuring that every care is taken with their privacy and wellbeing throughout this new chapter. Making a public statement is not something I wanted to do, but in an effort to protect my family from undue speculation and rumors, I felt being open, honest and vulnerable was the best path forward.”

At the time, Edwin kept quiet. But that didn’t last long…
On Sunday, the Spoken Word producer took to his Instagram Story to share a selfie outside of a hot yoga studio while seemingly addressing the divorce news. He cryptically wrote:
“You’re not always going to be motivated or inspired. That’s where rituals and habits come in. Having good habits is what will get you through your dark days. It’s when you’re under pressure that your true character is revealed.”
Oof!
As of now, it’s not clear what the couple’s reason is for divorce. But hours after his cryptic post, Edwin shared photos of himself and the kiddos, including Slate, Dove, and Cruz, heading to church. See (below):
