Russia says they have more nuclear submarines position across the globe than the U.S. This comes after President Trump ordered nuclear submarines to be repositioned in Russia. Earlier in the week Russia threated the President Trump, saying that he should remember two things. One, Russia is not Israel and Iran and two, each new threat is a step towards war.
