Obsessed with the picturesque villa, Mitesh indulges in daydreams, scrolls through endless photos of the property, and goes to great lengths, including halting traffic, just to catch a glimpse of it. However, his dream encounters a formidable obstacle in the form of Govinda (played by Paresh Rawal), the irritable owner of Utsav. With a stern warning of “Trespassers will be killed” posted outside his abode, Govinda is a tough nut to crack.
Undeterred by the challenge, Mitesh embarks on a mission to infiltrate Govinda’s life, aiming to win his trust and secure the coveted villa. What ensues is a series of humorous escapades as Mitesh navigates through a web of deceit, danger, and unexpected revelations.
Amit Sial’s portrayal of Mitesh is both convincing and entertaining, capturing the character’s flaws and aspirations with finesse. However, it is Paresh Rawal who truly steals the show with his impeccable performance as the grumpy yet vulnerable Govinda.
