Hamas has shared their cease-fire plan as Israeli attacks surge. Along with the cease-fire, there is a potential deal for the release of Israeli captives being held in Gaza. Israel is examining the offer and “will convey its reply” to the mediators, its spy agency Mossad said in a statement.
