Pros

Cons

Her kit is quite similar to that of Sakiri, one of the S-Rank Standard characters. The only advantage Iroi has is that she can heal her allies and provide coordinated attacks. You can consider skipping her if you already have Sakiri and want to save your pulls.

Iroi will be the most valuable character in NTE that you can pull if you are struggling to survive in the game. Her healing makes her easily one of the best characters to invest in, and on top of being able to restore HP, she can buff her allies and can even act as a secondary off-field DPS unit.

But if you are confident in your dodging/ parrying skills, you can skip her. Another reason to also not go for her can prove to be the upcoming Neverness to Everness character, Zankou, who is one of the most hyped up units.
