A large, dangerous tornado touched down in Illinois on Tuesday, reportedly leaving heavy damage. According to our partners at FOX 32 Chicago, the tornado was part of a severe storm system that eventually moved into parts of northwest Indiana. The twister was eventually seen moving into Newton County, Indiana. FOX Weather is reporting that a dangerous storm system has been threatening the Midwest and parts of the Southern Plains today. Reports from Tuesday indicate Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, and Texas facing a Level 4 of 5 risk for intense tornadoes, damaging winds, and giant hail moving into Wednesday morning.
