The National Guard shooting suspect has been charged with murder, assault with intent to kill among other counts. Guardsman Andrew Wofle remains in critical condition.
According to officials, Rahmanullah Lakanwal was charged with two counts of assault with intent to kill, one count of murder, and one count of possession of a firearm during a crime of violence.
