Bullish capital shares started trading at the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker name BLSH on August 13, ahead of the offer’s expected closing date on August 14, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
J.P. Morgan and Jefferies were the lead book-running managers of the offering, with Citigroup acting as joint book-running manager.
Cantor, Deutsche Bank Securities, and Société Générale were additional book-running managers, while Canaccord Genuity, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, A Stifel Company, Oppenheimer & Co., and Rosenblatt acted as co-managers.
The IPO is the latest by a crypto company, following the success stories earlier in the year of eToro Group and Circle Internet Group. Several other crypto companies have also gone public this year via SPAC acquisition and private-public partnerships, as part of a transformative trend to move towards compliance.
