Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 scoop protein powder
⅔ cup almond flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup chocolate chips
Directions:
In a food processor, combine the cottage cheese, maple syrup, protein powder, almond flour, and vanilla extract.
Process until smooth.
Remove mixture from the processor, and put it into a bowl.
Stir in the chocolate chips, and dig in!
