On Tuesday Philadelphia governor Josh Shapiro (D) held a press conference to speak on home arson suspect Cody Balmer pleading guilty to attempted murder. This conference came after Balmer appeared for the plea hearing at the Dauphin County Courthouse Tuesday morning and was accused of setting fire to Gov. Josh Shapiro’s mansion in April while Shapiro and his family were asleep.
