“Why did you tell them to leave?!” Lionsgate UK has revealed the first official trailer for the horror comedy titled Ghosts: The Possession of Button House, a big screen movie version of the hit BBC series of the same name. This fun new supernatural comedy movie is a continuation of the TV sitcom “Ghosts” (which ran from 2019 – 2023) and it’ll be released in UK cinemas starting in October. “After its enormous success as a television series, we are thrilled that audiences will get to experience Ghosts on the big screen. It will be an unmissable event.” This film brings back the full original cast: Lolly Adefope, Mathew Baynton, Simon Farnaby, Martha Howe-Douglas, Jim Howick, Laurence Rickard, and Ben Willbond; joined by Charlotte Ritchie and Kiell Smith-Bynoe. The original “Ghosts” series (kinda of like What We Do in the Shadows) follows a group of ghosts from different historical periods haunting a country house while sharing the house with its new living occupants. Filmed at the iconic West Horsley Place in England. Should be fun.
