The offer is available only if you submit an application between Dec. 4, 2025, and Jan. 5, 2026, and the account must be open and established by Feb. 5, 2026, to qualify. A Visa card will be required to make the purchase.

Here’s how you can use this offer to potentially buy tickets.

How it works

There are a few key steps to complete for the chance to get tickets, and even then there’s no guarantee. Thousands of tickets are offered while supplies last or until Feb. 24, 2026, on a first come, first served basis.

Strategize your play

Be prepared to map out your strategy. Eligible cardholders will receive an email on Feb. 10, 2026, at approximately 12 p.m. E.T. from Bank of America® with a link to the FIFA ticket website. Only one link is allowed per individual.

Make sure your email address is up to date because every second counts. If Bank of America® doesn’t have your email address, you can log into your account online or via the app to get the same link. It’s also recommended to set up a FIFA ID in advance to save time upon checking out, according to Bank of America®’s news release. You’ll need that ID to purchase tickets.

Play forward

Ticket prices will vary by match, but the Bank of America® cards may offer a way to offset some of the cost.

Here’s how you can make the most of them:

Bank of America® Customized Cash Rewards Visa® credit card: This card earns 3% cash back in a bonus category of your choice from a list (plus an additional 3% bonus in the first year), as well as 2% back at grocery stores and wholesale clubs, on the first $2,500 in combined spending across all those categories per quarter. All other purchases earn 1% back. There’s also a welcome bonus that can put some money back in your pocket: Receive a $200 online cash rewards bonus after you make at least $1,000 in purchases in the first 90 days of account opening. Plus, the card offers a promotional interest-free window that could help you pay down the cost of tickets over time. You’ll get a 0% Intro APR for 15 billing cycles for purchases, and for any balance transfers made in the first 60 days. After the Intro APR offer ends, a Variable APR that’s currently 17.74%-27.74% will apply.

Bank of America® Unlimited Cash Rewards Visa® credit card: In the first year of opening the account, you’ll earn an unlimited 2% cash back that you could apply toward those ticket purchases. After that, you’ll get 1.5% cash back. This card also comes with a welcome bonus: Get a $200 online cash rewards bonus after making at least $1,000 in purchases in the first 90 days of your account opening. And its promotional APR offer can also offer some breathing room: Receive a 0% Intro APR for 15 billing cycles for purchases, and for any balance transfers made in the first 60 days. After the Intro APR offer ends, a Variable APR that’s currently 17.74%-27.74% will apply.

FIFA World Cup 2026™ ticket prices vary but they aren’t cheap, so it’s important to only charge them to your credit card if you know you’ll be able to pay off the balance within the 0% introductory APR window.

Be a good sport

Tickets to the FIFA World Cup 2026™ can be hard to come by. Outside of this promotion, you can purchase tickets through sales phases available exclusively on FIFA’s website. As of now, FIFA has offered a Visa presale draw exclusively for Visa cardholders and an early ticket draw that required an application process followed by a randomized selection. The next phase is the random selection draw, which required applications for specific matches.

Ticket sales for this offer are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, unless you do so through FIFA’s official resale platform and pay the resale administration fee. An unauthorized resale may cancel the tickets without a refund.
