EXCLUSIVE: Amy Jackson and Lauren Dark’s UK production outfit Unified is hiring Claire Lamarra as Creative and Production Executive across film and TV, and bringing in Aidan Milburn who will work with the team on a consultancy basis across its digital expansion.

As we revealed, Aftersun producer Jackson and former Film4 exec Dark launched Unified last year. The company’s current production slate includes Chork, directed by Shane Meadows and written by Jack Thorne and Meadows, and Scorn, starring Adria Arjona and Kingsley Ben-Adir. Unified was at the Cannes market this week where Chork is on sale for Altitude.

In the newly created role, supported by The Global Screen Fund, Lamarra will work across development and production, with a focus on international co-production while also building out the new talent slate for the company. She will report to Jackson and Dark.

Lamarra joins Unified after working as a producers assistant to Plan B’s Jeremy Kleiner and Dede Gardner on features including Anemone, Bob Marley: One Love, Mickey 17, and most recently to Joel Coen and Frances McDormand on Jack Of Spades for Indian Paintbrush and Blueprint. Lamarra also served as associate producer on Nia DaCosta’s Hedda starring Tessa Thompson.

Aidan Milburn, a former NFTS producing graduate, has worked as assistant to Lynne Ramsay and served as producers assistant on Die My Love. Milburn will focus on digital projects as well as supporting the team in creative development and production in 2026.
