First Teaser for Paramedic Action Comedy ‘Code 3’ with Rainn Wilson

“All we want to do is save your life… Some of you don’t make it easy.” Aura Entertainment has unveiled an official trailer for Code 3, an action comedy movie about paramedics from filmmaker Christopher Leone. As strange as it may seem, they took the old ambulance story and turned it into a wacky comedy. “All the sh*t you’re about to see happened to a real paramedic.” Rainn Wilson, Lil Rel Howery, and Aimee Carrero lead a dynamic ensemble, joined by Rob Riggle and Yvette Nicole Brown, bringing both heart and levity to the chaos. The screenplay is grounded in real-life experience (and crazy stories) and was co-written by former paramedic Patrick Pianezza & director Christopher Leone, providing an authentic and emotionally resonant core. Code 3 is set for release starting in September later this year. Code 3 is a high-octane action dramedy that follows a world-weary paramedic on his final 24-hour shift as he trains his eager but inexperienced replacement. What begins as a routine night quickly unravels into a chaotic, citywide odyssey, testing their endurance, instincts, and sense of humor as they race from one emergency to the next. Blending heart, irreverent comedy, edge-of-your-seat action, Code 3 offers a gritty, behind-the-scenes look at the life of first responders, where every call could mean disaster or redemption. Code 3 is directed by American filmmaker Christopher Leone, director of the movie Parallel previously, plus a bunch of other short films and the “Suit Up” series. The screenplay is written by Christopher Leone and Patrick Pianezza. It’s produced by Matt Smith, Andrew Calof, Lawrence Mattis, Paul Pianezza, & Justin Baldoni. Aura Entertainment and Wayfarer Studios will release Leone’s Code 3 movie in theaters nationwide starting on September 12th, 2025 coming soon later this year. First impression?
