It’s almost Fourth of July week.
The American holiday is set to take place this upcoming Friday, July 4. Millions of Americans will be celebrating on Friday afternoon and Friday night – many of which, probably, with fireworks.
A study recently named the most “dangerous” firework on the market heading into the holiday weekend. While many people will choose to celebrate the holiday weekend with fireworks at an official display – most towns and major cities put on their own displays – millions will set up an amateur fireworks show, too. But one firework is proven to be most dangerous.
The U.S. Border Control has issued its own “warning” for the Fourth of July holiday weekend, too.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection announced a special warning heading into July 4.
The official U.S. department is warning everyone to avoid using illegal fireworks. More than $100 million in illegal fireworks come into the country every July 4. The U.S Border Patrol is warning that people caught with illegal fireworks at the border could be punished.
“Nearly $100M in legitimate fireworks comes into the U.S. annually. They’re subject to various federal regs for everything from customs duties & consumer product safety standards to hazardous material transport regs,” the warning states.
