Minneapolis police arrested far-right activist Jake Lang during a protest this weekend outside of city hall, just days after Lang made headlines for his anti-Islam rally in Dearborn, Michigan.
The police department said the “far-right extremist,” who Mayor Jacob Frey called “a known racist” arrived near city hall on saturday with other people in two vehicles. Both vehicles drove onto the sidewalk toward a crowd of people, according to officers.
All occupants of the both vehicles were taken into custody, including Lang on “probable cause riot,” police said.
