President Trump held a press conference in Florida to discuss the war with Iran, and provide an update on “Operation Epic Fury.”
During his remarks, Trump reiterated his thoughts about the war ending soon.
“I think soon, very soon” Trump told reporters. “Look, everything they have is gone, including their leadership.”
Trump spoke about the war with Iran, his phone call with Putin, oil prices, the Strait of Hormuz, the deadly strike on a girls school in Iran, and more.
Trump also answered questions on Mojtaba Khamenei, the son of the ayatollah, who was named Iran’s supreme leader. Trump said he was “disappointed” in the decision.
“I was disappointed because we think it’s gonna lead to just more of the same problem for the country. So I was disappointed to see their choice,” Trump said.
