President Donald Trump signed the Great American Recovery Initiative Thursday in the Oval Office, an executive order aimed at combating “scourge of addiction and substance abuse.”
According to the White House, the order will help “coordinate a national response to the disease of addiction across government, healthcare, faith communities, and the private sector in order to save lives, restore families, strengthen our communities.”
