In 2026, the annual reporting threshold for 1099-MISC increased to $2,000, which allows most collectors to receive and self-report the value of their Briefcase NFT. Recipients of Koala 2025 Briefcase NFTs are responsible for accurately reporting the value on their own taxes for the estimated MSRP value of $649.99 per token. The Koala 2025 Briefcase is not available for sale, estimated MSRP is provided for valuation purposes and calculated based on aggregating the MSRP of similar products listed by VeeFriends and collaborating brands.
