Hello, everyone, and welcome to our 2025 full year results earnings call. Well, I’m joined by our Chief Financial Officer, Karen Hayzen-Smith. I will start by going through the key highlights for the year. Then Karen will take us through the financial results, both at group and division level. And I will follow with an update on our business turnaround and how the actions taken over the past 3 years are positioning us for growth. So let’s start with the highlights. 2025 was a turning point for James Fisher. It’s marked a year in which our efforts to focus, simplify and deliver have shown results and laid the groundwork for future growth. Over the past 3 years, we have both streamlined and strengthened the group, creating a more resilient business and a coherent platform that can unlock our strategic potential.
