Thank you, Joelle, and good morning, everyone, and welcome to Colabor Group’s Fiscal 2025 Third Quarter Results Conference Call. This is Danielle Ste-Marie, I’m responsible for Investor Relations at Colabor.
Last evening, we released our earnings results for the 12 and 13-week — 36-week periods ended September 6, 2025. The press release and disclosure documents can be found on our website and on SEDAR+.

Last night, we also announced the departure of Louis Frenette and the nomination of Kelly Shipway, as the company’s President and CEO. On behalf of the Board of Directors and the management team, I would like to thank Louis for his contribution during the last 6 years. We wish him success in his future endeavors.
With me today is Kelly Shipway and Yanick Blanchard, our Interim EVP and CFO, who joined the company last quarter.
