VeeFriends took over National 2025 in Rosemont, Illinois, with a vibrant presence that blended community, commerce, and culture. From daily appearances by GaryVee to the launch of new products and activations, it was five packed days of collector energy, storytelling, and surprise.
The VeeFriends booth was a nonstop hub of activity, with GaryVee present each day meeting fans, taking photos, and engaging with collectors. The product showcase included Topps VeeFriends Chrome 2025, VeeFriends TCG, and the in-person debut of Super Stickers: Manga Series featuring Steph Curry.
Collectors lined up early for exclusive drops, including a break mat and card stand set that sold out entirely in two days and VeeFriends-branded Zion cases that sold out daily within hours. The booth also offered bins of $2 Topps VeeFriends Chrome cards and TCG base cards to help collectors complete sets and gave away free cards to kids under 12, reinforcing the brand’s accessibility and community spirit.
The VEE-IP Super Sticker activation returned stronger than ever, distributed in VIP welcome bags and during evening trade nights. Attendees could trade in their sticker for a sports card or rip it open to chase rare inserts like the Bad Intentions foil sticker and comic-style backgrounds…this year, most opted to rip. The shift showed how much the VeeFriends IP had grown, with fans now choosing brand-native collectibles over traditional sports cards.
Held at 5:55 PM on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, the Sapphire Raffles drew crowds of over 100 people each day. Winners were selected through EQL and received Topps VeeFriends Chrome 2025 — Sapphire Edition boxes, while the surrounding energy created a buzz that could be felt throughout the venue.
Each draw became a shared moment of anticipation, celebration, and connection, further cementing the VeeFriends booth as one of the hottest spots at the show.
This year, VeeFriends set up a separate satellite booth dedicated to its community, a space for holders to relax, network, and showcase their own cards. Display cases were provided for collectors to display or sell their slabs, while vending machines and free cards for kids kept the space welcoming and interactive. Dozens of community members cycled through the lounge throughout each day, using it as a base to reconnect and recharge.
The VeeFriends community kept the party going after hours with a series of organic, self-hosted gatherings. The Hangout Hawks held a private event, while @Solj_777 and @BurgeUK threw the “Chrome & Chaos” party on Thursday night, drawing over 100 attendees and featuring a Series 1 box break.
On Saturday, @MikeJY1984 & @JCourageFIT hosted a laid-back field meetup with Topps VeeFriends Chrome 2025 — Sapphire Edition box breaks and community bonding. These events gave collectors a chance to connect in real life and brought the spirit of VeeFriends into the heart of The National.
Outside the main show floor, VeeFriends hosted its first official “Road to Championship” TCG qualifier. With about 90 people in the room and 71 players competing, the tournament featured five Swiss rounds, followed by a top 16 single elimination bracket, and best-of-three finals.
@Rjfox555 took the win over @LeeshSportsGal, earning a one-of-one golden-finish Zion case — an especially meaningful prize for a known graded card collector. The atmosphere was electric yet respectful, with players showing serious preparation and sportsmanship, even staying after matches to discuss plays and strategies. It was a competitive event, but it felt like family.
The Topps VeeFriends Chrome 2025 Sapphire Edition is already making waves, with early breaks revealing some jaw-dropping hits. A 1/1 Padparadscha Energetic Electric Eel was pulled live at The National by GaryVee, and just days later, @BicepBarista hosted a break that hit a 1/1 Padparadscha Creative Crab. The VeeFriends Sapphire Edition chase is shaping up to be epic.

Gift Goat holders are now receiving Gift 17, a fully loaded drop featuring the VeeFriends Deluxe Collector’s Kit, designed to celebrate and elevate the VeeFriends trading card experience. Inside: a premium tri-fold TCG game board, metal game coins, five sealed TCG packs, five CGC-graded Super Stickers with rarity tiers, five CGC-graded VeeFriends cards, and two 18K gold-plated collectible pins. Super Stickers: Manga Series has officially shipped, and the first breaks already lit up The National this past weekend. Early collectors pulled fire, including a 1/1 Autograph Bullish Bull Curry Crossover and a Stephen Curry as Kind Warrior Autograph, which GaryVee personally signed on-site. With boxes on the way and hitting homes by early next week, the chase is just getting started.
