President-elect Donald Trump has already spoken with Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin “Bibi” Netanyahu following the former president’s victory over Vice President Kamala Harris in the 2024 presidential election.
Trump has repeatedly promised he will bring peace to the Middle East and an end to the Gaza war between Israel and Hamas, as well as the battles involving Israel and the Hezbollah terror group in Lebanon.
He has said the US will continue to support Israel and Netanyahu with Israelis celebrating Trump’s win over Harris. The leader of the Israeli settler movement called Trump and ally who would support them “unconditionally.”

Trump has previously said that the Hamas terror group would never have attacked Israel if he were in office at the time.
