Tracking Tropical Storm Debby: Tornado warnings has been issued for parts of Florida, including DeSoto,Hardee & Manatee Counties.
Debby is rapidly strengthening before it makes landfall in the Big Bend area. So far, it has maximum sustained winds of 65 miles an hour and is moving north-northwest.
