VeeFriends #1 is the beginning of an evolving storytelling universe that expands the history, personalities, and growth of the VeeFriends characters. The comics will introduce heroes, unexpected villains, and meaningful stories that reflect the core truths of VeeFriends. Each issue is canon, expanding the history, personalities, and growth of the characters at the heart of the brand.
As the series progresses, the comics will provide a closer look at the characters’ lives, origins stories and show how they interact, form relationships, and face (or overcome) challenges together. Ultimately, the VeeFriends comic books will create a richer, more immersive world for fans to explore, deepening the narrative and strengthening the bond between the characters and their community of collectors.
There will be two comic formats at first:
Standard Comic Books — 24 pages, full-size issues like VeeFriends #1Mini Comic Books — 12 pages, in digest size
Starting with VeeFriends #2, Comic Books will launch in sealed Comic Collector Packs, creating a fun unboxing experience and giving collectors the chance to hunt for rare cover variants.
New issues like VeeFriends #2, VeeFriends #3, and so on, will drop over the coming months in limited quantities, with each release crafted to entertain, inspire, and expand the lore of VeeFriends. While the physical comics are built for collectors, stories may become available over time to read digitally so everyone in the community can follow along with their favorite VeeFriends.
Featuring a cover drawn by legendary comic artist J. Scott Campbell (ask about him from your comic book friends!), VeeFriends #1 is the first entry in the VeeFriends Comic Series — and it starts big.
This issue introduces a critical moment in the VeeFriends Universe — featuring first appearances of eight characters (six on the cover, two more inside), the first full-length narrative, and an open door to the character-driven world to come.
The theme? Balance. Purpose. And the power of good character.
While the VeeFriends #1 physical book is exclusive to Gift Goats, VeeFriends #1 will soon be available to read digitally for free, at veefriends.com/comics.
