It allows users to send messages, photos, videos, and various file types from contacts to friends and groups. It also allows for seamless cross-device use by storing content in the cloud, and offers optional end-to-end encrypted “Secret Chats” for increased privacy.
Earlier this year, Telegram, also the developer of The Open Network blockchain, introduced the ability for its users to convert their animated in-app gifts into non-fungible tokens on the TON network.
