Out of the 58 entities holding Ethereum (ETH) in their treasuries, the 10 public-listed companies have roughly $3.2 billion, equivalent to 865,265 ETH.
According to Strategic ETH Reserve data, four publicly listed companies recently added 113,300 ETH to their holdings. Furthermore, the number of entities jumped from 40 in June to 58 as of July 22.
GameSquare Holdings purchased 8,351.89 ETH in July 2021, investing $30 million and increasing its holdings to 10,170.74 ETH.
On the same day, crypto miner BTCS announced it holds 55,788 ETH, acquired at an average price of $2,846. Considering Ethereum’s price of $3,698.75, as of press time, its treasury sits above $206 million.
BTC Digital also joined the bandwagon on July 21, buying $5 million worth of ETH, enlarging its holdings to 2,135 ETH. The company now has nearly $8 million in ETH.
Furthermore, SharpLink announced on July 22 that it purchased 79,949 ETH between July 14 and 20, at an average price of $3,238. The firm’s Ethereum now holds a total of 360,807 ETH, valued at approximately $1.3 billion.
The company, which has Ethereum co-founder Joseph Lubin on its executive board, is the largest holder of ETH.
Ethereum treasuries increase
Strategic ETH Reserve tracks six other publicly listed companies. Centaurus Energy currently holds 137 ETH, which it purchased on December 31, 2024. The amount is worth a little over $500,000.
The company announced in January that it plans to raise $25 million to invest in Ethereum and Solana.
Moss Ethereum appears with a 324 ETH treasury worth nearly $2 million. The company was formerly known as Moss Genomics, but it has since been rebranded to highlight its Ethereum treasury strategy.
Intchains Group and ETH Strategy also integrate the publicly listed entities group holding Ethereum, with treasuries of approximately 7,000 ETH and 7,900 ETH, respectively.
Bit Digital, which swapped its entire 280 Bitcoin treasury for Ethereum earlier this month, expanded its holdings to 120,306 ETH.
Lastly, Bitmine holds nearly 300,700 ETH after acquiring 163,000 last week. Following this movement, Bitmine joined SharpLink in holding more Ether than the Ethereum Foundation.
