Procter & Gamble (PG) reported fourth quarter results, warning that it will take a $1 billion hit from tariffs in full-year 2026. The company also announced COO Shailesh Jejurikar will take over the CEO role from Jon Moeller on Jan. 1, 2026. Moeller will remain as the company’s executive chairman.
