Dakota Mortensen knows he can behave like a villain… sometimes.
Secret Lives of Mormon Wives viewers are not the biggest fans of the 33-year-old reality star due to his past behavior, especially for cheating on ex-girlfriend and baby mama, Taylor Frankie Paul, or hooking up with her close friends multiple times amid their toxic relationship. However, Dakota doesn’t see himself as a bad person! He said so himself on the premiere episode of Alex Cooper‘s Unwell Winter Games, which he did not get edited out of despite his ongoing domestic assault investigation with Taylor (much to fans’ disappointment), on Monday:
“I think people think that I am a really bad guy. I don’t feel like I am. I think I do some villain things here and there. Every once in a while.”
Taylor, and some fans, may disagree with that take!

Dakota is also stirring the pot on the show from the start, such as flirting with controversial influencer Hallie Batchelder. When his former co-star Demi Engemann entered the game, he had to answer for his behavior, which led them to joke that he is already “not officially” dating someone again. Yikes…
We’ll see what else happens on the series! Perhaps he’ll try to ditch the villain title on this season of Unwell Winter Games… or embrace it! Who knows! What are your thoughts, Perezcious readers? Let us know in the comments!
