Massive fire erupts in El Segundo

Several people heard a loud ban, describing it felt like an earthquake, according to FOX 11 Los Angeles.

First responders were dispatched around 9:35 PM ET to the Chevron refinery in El Segundo after receiving reports of smoke in the area.
