In a sea of A-list movie stars, the person Nikki Glaser cared most about making laugh at the Golden Globes was… a reality TV star!
The stand-up comedian is still coming down from the high of hosting the prestigious awards ceremony and trying to make SO many celebs laugh — which she managed to successfully pull off, might we add! But despite all the praise she’s been receiving, it sounds like she’s her own biggest critic. In fact, she hasn’t even watched back her own opening monologue! Partially because there was one person in the audience whose reaction she cared way “too much” about impressing: Kylie Jenner!

The 40-year-old opened up about her experience on her Nikki Glaser Podcast on Tuesday where she explained she “couldn’t really see what everyone was doing” in terms of whether or not her jokes were landing. She said:
“I haven’t watched it yet. When I was up there, I wasn’t really absorbing.”
But her co-hosts, including boyfriend Chris Convy and comedy writers Brian Frange and Sean O’Connor, weren’t shy about naming Kylie as having one of the best reactions of the night — much to Nikki’s relief! She hilariously said:
“I was scared to even ask. It matters to me too much.”
HA! Safe to say she’s a big fan. At least someone there was!
Talking more about the HILARIOUS joke about Timothée Chalamet’s “eyelashes on [his] upper lip,” the co-hosts gushed about the makeup mogul’s reaction and Nikki could barely believe it! She added:
“What? Stop! It’s so hard to have a camera in your face because all the cameras are in people’s faces and they don’t know when the joke is coming about them. They know it’s coming because there’s a camera in their face and they’re a big star.”
