President Joe Biden was seen wearing a red, “Make America Great Again” Trump hat during a visit to a Pennsylvania fire station to commemorate the anniversary of 9/11.
The president was met with cheers when he put on an attendee’s hat in what the White House is calling a show of “unity.”
Biden visited the Shanksville Fire Station after participating in a wreath-laying ceremony at the town’s memorial site for United Airlines Flight 93, one of the four flights hijacked by Al-Qaeda terrorists on September 11, 2001.
White House senior deputy press secretary Andrew Bates confirmed the clip was real but added Biden put on the cap as a sign of unity.
Meanwhile, the Trump campaign said Kamala Harris’ debate performance was so bad that Biden decided to wear the MAGA hat.
