Vice President Kamala Harris didn’t hold back in her recent speech, calling out former President Donald Trump for canceling interviews and debates leading up to the election, citing exhaustion as the reason. Harris, speaking at a rally in Grand Rapids, Michigan, questioned Trump’s ability to handle the demands of the presidency if he can’t even keep up with his campaign schedule.
Trump’s recent string of interview cancellations with major media outlets like “60 Minutes,” CNBC, and NBC News has raised eyebrows. Even the National Rifle Association called off an event with Trump due to “campaign scheduling changes.” Harris highlighted these cancellations as a sign of weakness on Trump’s part.
According to a report by Politico, Trump backed out of an interview with The Shade Room, with one of his advisors citing exhaustion as the reason. This led to rapper Waka Flocka Flame being offered as a replacement for the interview.
“Well, if you are exhausted on the campaign trail, it raises real questions about whether you are fit for the toughest job in the world,” Harris remarked, drawing cheers from the crowd. “Come on. Come on.”
Trump fired back at Harris, denying any fatigue and resorting to name-calling, labeling Harris a “loser” and falsely claiming that she doesn’t attend events. Despite Trump’s claims, he attended the Al Smith charity dinner and made an appearance on “Fox & Friends,” where he made controversial remarks about cows if Harris were to be elected.

Trump, however, defended his actions, claiming he’s been working tirelessly without rest, making calls and staying energized. He dismissed Harris’s accusations of fatigue and insisted that he’s ready and enthusiastic for the challenges ahead.
As the election draws near, the battle between Trump and Harris escalates, with accusations flying from both sides. Whether Trump’s cancellation of interviews indicates a lack of stamina or is just part of a larger strategy remains to be seen. The American people will ultimately decide who they want to lead the country based on the candidates’ actions and promises.
