Dignity Health Medical Group – Sierra Nevada is pleased to announce the acquisition of Sierra Nevada Gastroenterology, effective June 9, 2025. The clinic will reopen to patients as Dignity Health Medical Group – Sierra Nevada on June 16, 2025.

This acquisition ensures continued access to high-quality gastroenterology (GI) care for the Grass Valley community. Patients will continue to receive care from the same physicians and advanced practice providers they know and trust. Furthermore, they will now benefit from streamlined access to Dignity Health’s comprehensive network, including Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital and Dignity Health Urgent Care.   

The clinic will remain at its current location at 300 Sierra College Dr. in Grass Valley, and its operating hours will remain unchanged: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. All existing gastroenterology services will continue to be offered, including consultations, follow-up appointments, colonoscopies, and endoscopies.

To facilitate the transition, the clinic will temporarily close from June 9 to June 13, reopening for patients on June 16, 2025.
