President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin are scheduled to meet on Aug. 15 to discuss a potential end to the war between Russia and Ukraine. Speculation surrounding Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s participation in the discussions with Trump and Putin has largely subsided, as it now appears he will not be in Alaska for the meeting.
